In 1987, Karin Foreman made the decision to seek God while still residing in Switzerland. She acquired a love and fascination for discovering the Jewish roots of the first century Believers during an extensive five year Bible study. Furthermore, she experienced the Messianic lifestyle firsthand by working for a Messianic publication. Soon after, Karin became involved in the Movement and led Shabbat School at her synagogue for more than five years. She was also part of a Messianic dance team until she became pregnant in 2001. Her love for the Jewish people, their lifestyle and life cycles is readily apparent in her numerous works of art.
